Shipping policy

Turnaround Time (TAT)
Orders at Blanks by Gram's Closet are processed and shipped within 7-21 business days from the date of order receipt. While I typically aim to ship within 3-5 business days, I allow for flexibility to handle any unexpected delays. My DTF Transfers have a shorter TAT of 3-5 business days for prompt delivery.

Custom Orders
Custom items are crafted in the order they’re received. If no orders are in the queue, custom items are generally ready in 7-14 business days. When ordering, I’ll confirm your estimated timeframe based on your place in line. For example, if my current lead time is 10 days, your custom item will be ready in 17-24 days. If the lead time is 14 days, the estimated completion is 21-28 days.

Invoice Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 12 hours of issue to secure your place in line. Unpaid invoices will receive one reminder within 24 hours; if not paid, they will be canceled.

Rush Orders
For faster processing, a rush service is available for select items. Contact us to confirm if your item qualifies for rush processing, as some items require specific curing times.

Shipping Responsibility
Once shipped, Blanks by Gram's Closet is not liable for package handling by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. After lovingly crafting and packaging your item, I ensure it’s in the carrier's hands, but I cannot control shipping delays or issues in transit. For lost or delayed shipments, I can guide you in filing a claim or assist with a replacement order at cost.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment, Monday through Saturday.
